When you visit tap2.cloud, our servers automatically record standard access log data: IP address (anonymised), browser type, OS, referrer URL, page visited, and timestamp. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retained for 7 days.

2.2 Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, topic, industry, and message. Basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retained for 24 months or until deletion request.

tap2.cloud uses only technically necessary cookies. No advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts. No consent banner required.

4. Third-Party Services

Contact form submissions are processed via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris). Brevo acts as a data processor under a DPA. Data is stored on EU servers. Brevo Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact: privacy@tap2.cloud.

6. Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for masernet GmbH is the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
